A 34-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after an incident in Halifax.
On the morning of September 5, police located a man with a gunshot wound in the 3600 block of Rosemeade Avenue.
Two men, who are believed to be known to each other, were in a dispute and one of the men shot the other.
The victim was taken to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The alleged shooter is scheduled to appear in court.
The incident put a local elementary and junior high school into a hold-and-secure.
