Halifax will enforce its winter parking ban overnight Sunday.
Any vehicle parked on the street between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. Sunday may be towed to make way for snow clearing efforts.
This applies to nearly all urban and suburban neighbourhoods in Halifax.
It’s in response to heavy snowfall and accumulation around the city.
Icy, wet weather is expected to start this afternoon and mix with snow through the evening.
