Police have arrested one of the two men who had escaped from jail in Dartmouth last month.
Chad Clarke was arrested after police pulled over a stolen vehicle Monday morning at 2 a.m. on Frederick Avenue in Halifax.
Chad Stephen Clarke was captured on October 4
Police are continuing to search for Thomas Smith.
He is 6’0 tall, approximately 180 lbs. and has brown hair, blue eyes and a beard.
