Surge 105 is giving Halifax high school choirs the chance of a lifetime — to perform live on stage with legendary rockers, Foreigner, when they bring their tour to the Scotiabank Centre on Friday, October 24th, 2025!

The winning choir will join the band live on stage to sing their classic, “I Want To Know What Love Is”!!

How it works:

• Submit a video below of your high school choir singing all or part of “I Want To Know What Love Is”.

Contest details:

• Up to 25 students can perform onstage (fewer is fine).
• Each choir may also bring two adult chaperones.
• This contest is open to high school choirs only (no adult choirs).
• Foreigner will donate $500 to the winning school’s choir program to help keep music strong in our community.
