A man has been arrested after a string of violent robberies in downtown Halifax in just one hour.
Friday evening, between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., a man sprayed sensory irritant on a person in a car and attempted to steal it on Bland St., assaulted and robbed a person on Queen St., then threatened and demanded the wallet from another person on Spring Garden Rd.
Halifax Regional Police found the man on Cragg Ave.
He was arrested and charged for three counts of robbery.
