A new Scariest Movies of All-Time List has been released by Top10Casinos.com.
It seems like one of these top movie lists comes out every year (or few months). The latest one though has caught our eye, not only because Halloween is right around the corner, but there’s a few notable flicks missing.
Here’s how the list original list played out:
1. “The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia,” 2013
2. “Evil Dead II,” 1987
3. “The Messengers,” 2007
4. “The Haunting In Connecticut,” 2009
5. “Insidious,” 2010
6. “Drag Me To Hell,” 2009
7. “It – Chapter One,” 2017
8. “Host,” 2020
9. “The Grudge,” 2004
10. “It – Chapter Two,” 2019
Alright, now it’s time to chirp…
The Grudge had a terrifying trailer in theatres, but the actual movie was god awful.
The elderly lady in the house was also played by Susan Ross’ mother from Seinfeld. So, in other words, how could you take her seriously.!? Typecast actors can’t be in horror movies, let’s just throw that out there. Casting departments beware. With that in mind, though, we have heard that the original Japanese version of the movie entitled Ju-On was absolutely terrifying. Definitely worth a watch!
A few other movies that deserve honorable mentions are The Shining, Ouija, Paranormal Activity and Orphan – a personal favourite.
What are some of your Halloween musts that were left off the list?
