- COVID precaution notifications will be issued if there has been a potential exposure of minimal risk to the public.
- COVID exposure notifications will be issued when the public has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

If you were present at any of the following locations or you were a passenger on the following transit routes for at least 15 minutes on the named dates and times, you are required to follow the instructions in this table for a COVID-19 Precaution Notification based on your vaccination status.
- The Blarney Stone (16339 NS-103, Hebbs Cross) on September 24 between 11:25 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 8.
- Avonport Discount Centre (12725 Nova Scotia Trunk 1, Avonport) on September 25 between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 9.
- Boston Pizza (485 Highway 10, Bridgewater) on September 28 between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 12.
- The Local Public House (421 Lahave St., Bridgewater) on September 29 between 5:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 13.
- Ristorante a Mano (1477 Lower Water St., Halifax) on September 28 between 8:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 12.
- Tim Hortons (117 Kearney Lake, Halifax) on September 30 between 1:40 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 14.
- Starbucks (84 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax) on September 30 between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 14.
- Verano Food Purveyors (1871 Hollis St., Halifax) on October 1 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 15.
- Halifax Transit Route #001 (Spring Garden) which ran from Mumford Terminal to Barrington & Duke (northbound) on
o September 27 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Health official ask that you get tested at a COVID-19 testing centre or public health mobile unit; do not go to a pop-up rapid testing location.
