Do you know anyone who went vegan because of a single unpleasant experience with meat?
A 27-year-old British man named Simon Robinson ordered a bacon roll from McDonald’s recently, and when he opened it up, he noticed that one of the pieces looked strange, like it had a, quote, “pig nipple” attached.
He has a photo of it, and it does kind of look like bacon with a nipple on it. But the people at McDonald’s checked it out and they’re confident that’s not what it is. A rep said, quote, “We use back bacon in all of our bacon rolls and due to the location that this cut is taken from, we are confident this customer is mistaken in his claim.”
But Simon said it was revolting to the point where it’s put him off meat, and he’s planning to go vegan!
