This is NOT a good rumour if you’re hoping for a 3rd Costco to open up in HRM. This is from our pal Matt Dagley from Dagley Media (I’ve also heard this rumour too for what it’s worth):

Nova Scotia will not be getting a third Costco because the company was unable to get sewer and water services to the development site.
The frontrunner for a new location (That we’ve heard) is Middle Sackville.
Maybe this means the ‘Costco going to P.E.I.’ story is true?
Rumours of Costco coming to P.E.I. just will not go away. The latest social media buzz is that the company is negotiating with a Cornwall landowner. However, no one is saying anything on the record.
