A new report shows several factors led to a cargo jet overshooting the runway at Halifax Stanfield nearly three years ago.
The Transportation Safety Board has released its report on the crash and points to poor communication, crew fatigue and an unexpected tailwind as factors leading up to the crash.
The Boeing 737 was landing in Halifax to pick up a load of lobsters when it skidded off the runway on November 7, 2018.
The crew onboard had minor injuries
