A search is underway after police say a man was assaulted during a robbery in Dartmouth early Sunday morning.
Officers were called to a bus stop along Highfield Park Drive just after 6 a.m.
They say a man was waiting there when another man came up to him, pushed him to the ground, and tried to steal from him.
The suspect ran away with a woman he was with.
He’s described as white, in his early 20’s, approximately 5’7″, with a slim build and dark hair. He was wearing all-black clothing.
The woman is described as white, about 18-20 years old, and approximately 5’8″ tall. She was wearing a blue top and gray sweatpants.
