Position Description

• Ensure Bingo session is running smoothly
• Calls Bingo numbers in a clear, distinct and consistent manner
• Ability to handle pressure
• Fast paced environment

Duties

• Ensures that all equipment is in good working condition and all progressive jackpots are correct before sessions start
• Interacts with guests in a positive and friendly manner by assisting guests with game rules, promotions, and alt other aspects of Bingo
• Ensures that all guests are we!! advised on house rules  and game procedures before session games are called
• Calls Bi11go numbers in a dear, distinct, and consistent manner
• Promotes special game sale?.·and correctly verifies all Bingos
• Ensures that Bingo sessions start on time and that Bingo games are kept running; ensures· that the crowd remains calm in light of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Employment Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills
• Wiling to work ·as part of a team
• Must be bondable
• Must be in good physical condition
• Must work nights and weekends
• Willing to take additional training as deemed necessary and provided for the AFN
• Minimum of grade 10 or equivalent
• Previous guest service and sales experience preferred
• Food Handler’s certificate an asset
