The days of digging around your car for your favourite CD are probably long gone.
But CD sales are up for the first time in almost two decades.
Shipments in the U.S. rose roughly $32 million to 47 million last year.
Meantime, Vinyl sales have been steadily increasing for over 15 years now.
Music insiders say the resurgence of physical music can not be ignored, but streaming is the backbone of the industry.
