The ‘Nest’ is ready to rock.
The Halifax Thunderbirds host their National Lacrosse League home-opener Friday night at Scotiabank Centre.
They’re taking on the Oshawa FireWolves, a brand-new team in the league this season.
The Thunderbirds went to the semifinals last season, and hosted playoff games in Halifax for the first time.
Game time is 7 p.m, it will also be televised on TSN.
