A round of golf at Alberta Springs turned chaotic when former NHL forward Nick Tarnasky was filmed in a physical altercation with another golfer, reportedly over slow play. Tarnasky, known for his tough on-ice presence during stints with the Tampa Bay Lightning, Nashville Predators, and Florida Panthers, was seen forcefully subduing a man who appeared intoxicated and confrontational. The video, which quickly went viral, shows Tarnasky throwing the man into a pond and delivering several punches. While RCMP have closed the case without charges, Red Deer Minor Hockey—where Tarnasky now coaches—is conducting an internal review.
