Two people have been arrested following a police investigation in Cole Harbour.
Officers remain at Flying Cloud Drive and Silistria Drive, but both roads have reopened.
Police first reported that they were searching the area and that residents would see an increased presence at 6 a.m. on social media.
Authorities say there is no threat to public safety, but officers will remain on scene as their work continues.
