According to Halifax ReTales, there are strong rumours that the 3rd NS location of Costco will be just off Highway 101:

The other HRM location rumour is at Bedford Commons. Or, will Costco venture out of the HRM for the first time ever in NS? Word is we’ll officially find out later this month.
