RCMP investigate hate motivated mischief in Lower Sackville

RCMP say it was Monday afternoon when an officer noticed graffiti spray painted in the snow near a tent, on vacant property on Walker Avenue.

Through investigating, information and evidence suggests it was motivated by hate, based on religion.
