Bob Barker passed away Saturday of natural causes. He was 99 years old.
Many of us grew up with Bob and he made sick days even better (although I was more of a grilled cheese, tomato soup girl when I was sick)

Bob spent a decade in radio before being named the host of the game show “Truth or Consequences” in 1956. He stayed with that show until 1975 . . . but in 1972, he also joined a revival of “The Price Is Right”. He hosted that one until his retirement in 2007.
