Today’s poll question on the new Sully show is, “What’s the Worst Concert You’ve Ever Seen and Why?”
So, with that, we’ve decided to rank the all-time worst shows. Now, keep in mind, these are the worst shows that made mass headlines and likely won’t include the bad set that you saw at a county fair. None the less, we’d love to hear about that set so shoot us a note at 902-496-0105 and fill us in.
Honourable Mention – Ashley Simpson
While she’s best known for walking off stage at Saturday Night Live because her lip sync track was off, her Orange Bowl performance gets honourable mention thanks to the tens of thousands of boo birds in attendance.
#3 – Toto sounds different
Bobby Kimball sounds a little different. Let’s just leave it at that.
#2 – Guns and Roses in Ireland
Axl Rose and Co were men of their word and actually walked off stage in Dublin as the garbage rained down. In the crowd’s defence, they only came on stage a few hours late. No big deal.
#1 – Woodstock ’99
When you have a horrible weekend living in the harshest conditions, not to mention a few hundred thousand supremely pissed off 20-somethings or younger in attendance, you should probably hand out 100,000 candles. What could go wrong?
