A 36-year-old man is up on second-degree murder charges after a homicide in Dartmouth last week.
John Edward Adams will be in front of a judge to answer to the charge today.
Police are not looking for any more suspects.
Officers found the body of 32-year-old Ryan Charles Patrick Lindsay at a home on Elmwood Avenue on Friday night.
Anyone with information is asked to get in touch with police.
