A terrifying situation for two women in downtown Halifax over the weekend.
Police say they were chased by a man near Grafton and Blowers on Sunday evening.
The women ran to their vehicle and were able to get away, even as the man tried to open the door.
He’s described as white, in his 30s and around 6 feet tall.
At the time, he was wearing a black puffy winter coat with blue jeans and a black mask.
