Five people have been taken into custody after a gunpoint robbery at a Bedford hotel.
Halifax Regional Police were called to the Comfort Inn at 560 Bedford Highway just before 5 a.m. on Thursday.
They say suspects entered a hotel room and robbed the people inside at gunpoint.
The investigation is continuing, but police do not believe there is a further threat to public safety.
