Job Description

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our owner/Dealer and President. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the President by effectively coordinating day-to-day operations. They will often act on behalf of the President as well as be a liaison between the company and external sources and will need to be dynamic and have outstanding interpersonal skills.

A successful candidate will have:

• Proven ability to successfully produce a high volume of work within limited time constraints
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritizing, and organizational skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines
• Self-motivation with an ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced/growing environment
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role
• Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information

Minimum Requirements:
