Job Description

The Role:

As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Retail Store Associate to our team of professionals. This position will deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude.

Primary duties of this role include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers;
• Expand online sales
• Take customer orders;
• Packing orders and preparing boxes for shipments
• Deliver/hand out customer orders;
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness;
• Cash auditing.

Qualifications/Requirements/Attributes:

• Above average customer service skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment;
• Experience handling cash;
• Experience in food environment is an asset.
