A high-risk offender released in Halifax Monday has been arrested for breaking the conditions of his court order.
30-year-old Jeffrey Daniel MacIntyre was picked up Thursday after officers found he had gotten a cell phone from a shopping centre and began accessing porn.
MacIntyre recently finished a sentence for possession of child pornography, and has previous convictions for sexual offences against a child including luring a child, sexual assault, and possession of child pornography.
He is in court to face five counts of breaching a court order Friday.
