Halifax RCMP are looking for a man that followed two young girls in Cole Harbour.investigating after suspicious incidents were reported.
Officers were called to a complaint involving a young girl walking her dog on Cole Harbour Road when a red pickup truck began following her.
Police say a man eventually got out of his truck and began following the girl.
She ran home and that’s when her parents called police. contacted police.
Office checked out the area but were unable to locate the man or the truck.
Later on the evening, police were dispatched to a similar complaint involving a young girl walking her dog on Huntingdon Drive when a red pickup truck began following her.
The driver of the truck did not get out this time and followed the girl who began running home.
Police say the truck pulled into a neighbour’s driveway, turned around and drove away after the girl ran into her home.
The red truck is described as an older model Ford pickup. The truck has a long box and a loud muffler.
The driver is described as a man who appears to be in his 40s. The man is tall and slim, with a long face and a partial beard.
